So, today I was at SFU to ride my unicycle as part of the welcoming procession to a grand choral concert. It was all a very fantastic time! However, at the very end, I was to ride down the main isle one last time and say “Happy Canada Day!” As I said this, I swiftly launched off my unicycle, did a front shoulder roll and landed very gracefully on my feet. This was done beside two RCMP and whilst there were over 700 adoring fans looking upon me. I learned that making a mistake in front of so many people is actually not as bad as it seems, if you can manage to shrink your ego to the size of a pea… However, I felt very bad for anyone who feared for my well being. Needless to say, the entire way home I was laughing my head off.
